With this collection, I really wanted to celebrate the female figure and move away from the shame we’ve created around female nudity. In my Art History and figure drawing classes, I’ve regained a new appreciation for the beauty of nude painting by studying art from the masters all throughout history. I believe that through celebrating women’s bodies, we will empower them to be proud and confident in themselves.
