My “Please Don’t Hate Me” poster is focused on the imposter syndrome and lack of confidence I feel as a designer. As I’ve been surrounded by extremely talented people, my taste in art has grown faster than my skills, which is difficult.

I’m constantly seeking approval and growth, which is positive in some ways, but also very painful. Sometimes it leads to better results, other times it leads to a lack of authenticity.

This poster was printed at 24x36” and was displayed in the UVU Gallery for a Poster Show.
